The hand glazed Trinity Ceramic Tile is great for use as a coaster, trivet, decorative art piece, or wall art. Each tile is a unique work of art, and glaze variations add to the inherent beauty of each piece. All tiles come cork backed to protect surfaces and have a hole at the top of the backing for easy hanging. Due to the hand painted nature of these tiles, no two are exactly alike and variations are expected. Dimensions: 6" x 6". Optional black metal display stand available for purchase here.
This art tile features Arizona Artist Janel Garza's work translated to ceramic tile by Carly Quinn. Janel Garza’s work has been heavily influenced by the Sonoran desert, a passion for medicinal plant studies, and the clean, orderly shapes found in modernist architecture. In her work, you’ll find an abstract sentiment with a sense of balance, harmony, and interconnectedness. Carly Quinn Designs was founded in 2011 with the idea of bringing life to an age old art form known as Cuerda Seca. Designed, glazed and fired at their studio in Tucson, AZ. They are one of a handful of studios across the globe that creates hand glazed tiles using old world techniques.
